Each unit contains a workbook with well presented, understandable information to develop your theoretical knowledge, practical exercises to develop your skill and personal development and a series of personal ceremonies to connect you to inner realities and the source of natural inspiration. These 3 aspects are integrated within each unit, to give the balance of theory and practice necessary for healthy, holistic personal development.

Over the year you will learn how to create powerful ceremony for self healing and empowerment, acquire or make medicine tools that will aid you in creating safe empowering sacred spaces to work in and introduced to powerful maps and practices that show you different aspects of your self and how to maximize you self potential.
