This course is a truly holistic journey that engages and exercises all aspects of the Human Self. We will use the transformative power of the 5Rhythems to cleanse the body and release the stuck energy of the past, awakening body wisdom and the intelligence of the heart. We will study the medicine wheels and learn how these living maps can help discover and reclaim our true nature and connections to the living web of life allowing us to use it as a powerful template for ceremony and personal development.

Through Toltec perspectives and shamanic practices we will explore perception and the nature of reality, altered states of consciousness and journeying to find helpers and guides to aid us in our quest. We will craft medicine tools and and experience powerful personal and group ceremonies. The course will be a balanced mixture of theory practice and experience. It gifts everyone with enduring life long tools and practices for self exploration, health, evolution and empowerment and ways to create and conduct simple yet powerful ceremonies for self and others.

The Course will take place at a private venue Nr. Welshpool Powys.
It is non-residential but I can supply information on local camping, B&B and other accommodation, floor space available by negotiation.

Ground and Seeding
In our first meeting we will establish the foundation for future themes and directions introducing participants to the basic elements that will become vehicles for future exploration. We will dance move and learn the basics of the 5 Rhythms, discover the basic medicine wheels and how they can become powerful and insightful maps to self knowledge and understanding. And how these can be used as a basis for personal ceremony in very practical ways.
We explore the ground of our own being
and plant seeds for future growth.

Saturday 9^th to Sunday 10^th April

Finding Direction The Tonal Powers

Composting
Building on previous foundations we move deeper into the Rhythms, shamanic experiences and medicine teachings, developing and refining our practices as we build the basic elements of ceremony. We focus on the nature of the mind and the emotions discovering how both of these fundamental human aspects affect our
perception and the way we create our reality.
We learn how to compost the past in order
to nourish our future growth.

Continuing our journey we focus on body and spirit and the true nature of human experience. We move and dance to awaken the subtle intelligences of the body. Continued shamanic and ceremonial practice creates a quickening hastening the germination of the seeds we planted.

Sacred Counts Mathematics And CreationRooting
We continue rooting ourselves in our movement and shamanic practice. We look at Sacred Counts which are an amazing tool for self development and understanding the true place of oneself and the Human within the scheme of Creation. Here we learn the true nature of mathematics as the voice of the Great Spirit and how number and vibration sing the world into being.

The Alchemy Of Grandmother Earth

Spiralling deeper into the fertile soil of our true nature we explore organic spirituality and the magic and alchemy of Grandmother Earth and Her Worlds. Learning how a understanding of the alchemy of these worlds is essential for the creation of powerful ceremony for self and others. Here we extend and pull together all we have learned to focus on a series of powerful individual and group ceremonies, diving deeper into movement and dancing and extending our shamanic practice.

Circles And Patterns Of Pain And Power.

Here we look the unconscious nature of the patterns of our personality and how we become trapped by them. Participants will be offered a powerful tool for coming to grips with themselves and their patterns of pain. We will take this new knowledge into the dance and learn to let go of the past in order to
invest energy in our future dreams. We learn how to move out of the maze and the matrix of self deception into
freedom self determination.

Building on previous practice we expand and refine what we have learned. Here we look and the nature of energy and energy choices learning how to more precisely focus and aim our intentions so that they can help us manifest our hearts desire.

We look at human luminosity its forms and structures and how we can use it to enhance our perception of self life and others.
Taking what we have learned into the dance we open and experience the secrets of the energy body.

In this final meeting we harvest the fruit of our journey, combining all we have learned to create personal and group ceremony which we will share and experience.
